Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the ConsiliRex service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including users on free and paid plans, and representatives of organisations using ConsiliRex.

Description of service

ConsiliRex is a relationship intelligence platform that aggregates communication data from connected accounts (email, messaging, meeting notes) and uses AI to provide stakeholder relationship analysis and sentiment scoring.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. ConsiliRex is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Accounts are for individual use unless you are on a plan that explicitly permits team access.

Acceptable use

You may use ConsiliRex only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service to process data you do not have the right to process, to circumvent any security measures, to transmit malicious code, or to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ConsiliRex complies with all applicable laws, including data protection laws relevant to the personal data of the individuals whose communications you connect to the service.

Intellectual property

The ConsiliRex service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by ConsiliRex Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service.

Your data — including the communications you connect to ConsiliRex — remains yours. You grant ConsiliRex a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Billing and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes.

If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. ConsiliRex makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service or any insights it generates.

Relationship analysis and sentiment scores produced by ConsiliRex are AI-generated and should be used as one input among many, not as definitive assessments of individuals or relationships.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConsiliRex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
